A native Oklahoman, Scott is a 1998 graduate of the prestigious Physician Associate Program at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. The first four years, Scott spent working with a group of primary care physicians in Bartlesville Oklahoma where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in caring for the medical needs of Oklahomans. He then transitioned to orthopedic surgery in the Oklahoma City metro area. Scott has over 15 years of experience treating complex orthopedic surgery patients both in the operating room as well as the clinic setting.
Scott has a vibrant academic aspect to his practice. He holds two previous academic appointments at East Central University Ada, OK as well as Oklahoma Wesleyan University Bartlesville, OK. He has held numerous positions on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants, serving as President in 2007.
Scott lives in Edmond with his wife, Susan. They have three children, Davis, Tyler and Sydney. In his free-time, Scott enjoys spending time outside, sports, and supporting his kids in all their activities.
Scott brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience to the team at the Oklahoma Joint Reconstruction Institute. He is a valuable addition to the team and together, we look forward to meeting the needs of the joint replacement patient population in Oklahoma City for many years to come.
